Administrative Operations Assistant

Contract

Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices and payments

  • Optimizing internal processes

  • Process documentation

  • Scheduling and calendar management as needed

  • Helping with light bookkeeping entry and organization of receipts

  • Maintaining budget spreadsheet

  • Other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience

  • Previous experience working in a remote capacity

  • Extremely detail oriented and organized

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently

  • Comfortable with technology and the ability to work in a remote environment

  • Experience with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online a huge plus!

  • Comfortable using G Suite applications - specifically docs and spreadsheets

  • Excellent communications skills—verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening

  • Ability to take direction and feedback, this is a potential growth position!

  • Some overlap in working hours from 8:00-5:00pm PT


Details

This is a contract position to start at roughly 5-10 hours per week. The role has the potential to expand into more responsibility to include client work and increased hours for the right person.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 to $35.00 /hour
