After more than a decade and a half of leading agency operations, I founded WeConsult to help creative teams grow sustainably: with structure, clarity, and confidence.
I’ve worked with dozens of agencies to transform their systems, define their numbers, and build healthy, empowered teams. I know firsthand that growth gets easier when operations stop being an obstacle and start being an advantage.
When I’m not untangling ops
You’ll find me sipping matcha, chasing my two kids, or convincing my husband that buying another plant is definitely self-care. (He’s still not buying it.)
I’m based in Michigan, and I work with agencies across North America, especially teams who care deeply about their people, their craft, and doing meaningful work.
